Have you heard any story's about WWII D-Day? If you know anything about that day you know that on some of the beaches that were taken that day the fighting was intense to put it mildly. Being of another generation I can only wonder what it was like to be on one of the Higgin's boats just about to make land fall. Especially if I was on the 2nd or 3rd wave. Seeing what was happening possibly anticipating certain death. I would ask myself: What would get a guy off that boat? I posed that question to a WWII museum operator. With out hesitation his answer said so much and would move me down a path that would forever change my "Life's Course"
